Honeyfield

The Ember
Currently under construction, The Ember is an exciting pocket neighborhood bringing more luxury housing to the Boulevard corridor on the southeast end of Downtown Edmond at E. 9th and Boulevard.

103 N. Broadway
This luxurious, three-story, mixed-use building, with restaurant and office space, will be comprised of seven live-work units in the heart of downtown Edmond.

Legacy at Covell
A newly developed site ay Sooner and Covell in north Edmond featuring multifamily residential, commercial, and entertainment. Nearby amenities includes Crest Foods, ShowBiz Cinema, the Edmond Conference Center and Hotel and I-35 access. A new Whole Foods Market is also coming to the area.

Downtown Edmond
Centered on Broadway and the BNSF Railway, historic Downtown Edmond honors the city's history from 1889 while celebrating a modern urban transformation with new apartments, mixed-use properties, walkable neighborhoods, and new restaurants, retail, office space, and entertainment.

Park 17
Located near Stephenson Park, Downtown Edmond's first mixed-use development features 17 luxury apartments with ground-floor commercial space that houses local restaurants and shops.

Oxlley Apartments
Downtown Edmond's newest apartment complex will feature 276 units, a pool, parking garage, and community space, bringing affordable living to a new generation of downtown residents.

Downtown TIF District
Since it's creation in 2020, Edmond's first Tax Increment Financing District has helped attract $158 million in private investment in the downtown area and make $17.5 million in upgrades to public infrastructure to support new development.

Main Street Addition
Live+Work+Play neighborhood between Fretz Ave. and Kelly Ave. on the west side of Downtown Edmond. New two story homes and duplexes are within walking distance of Chitwood Park, Barnett Field Splash Pad, Ida Freeman Elementary, and downtown restaurants and shops.

The Lark
Downtown Edmond's premier pocket neighborhood featuring luxury living less than a block away from downtown's restaurants and nightlife.

The Campbell
New Mixed-Use Development on the east side of Downtown Edmond across the street from the University of Central Oklahoma. The Campbell features two buildings with apartments, ground-floor commercial space, and balcony restaurant overlooking the UCO campus.

UCO Neighborhood Study
An ongoing study by the City of Edmond and University of Central Oklahoma will analyze land use and infrastructure for future redevelopment of the neighborhood between Downtown Edmond and the UCO campus

Edmond Town Center
This new neighborhood of two-story duplexes at Kelly Ave. and Danforth Rd. is bringing affordable rentals only one mile from Downtown Edmond.

Edmond Highway History

The Oaks at Covell
According to Acre Development Partners, The Oaks at Covell will feature two- and three-bedroom townhomes for rent surrounded by inspired amenities such as a resort-style pool, and residents will never be far from convenience, employment opportunities and adventure. The development is located at Sooner Rd. and Covell Rd. in north Edmond. Construction is underway, and expended to be completed in 2025.

The Abbey at Coffee Creek
The Abbey by Hoffman Custom Homes features brand-new luxury duplexes and fourplexes with with lawn maintenance included in HOA dues.

Library + YMCA
An innovative public-private partnership by the City of Edmond, YMCA of Greater OKC, and the Metropolitan Library System of Oklahoma County is bringing a new YMCA + Library to I-35 and E. 15th St.
